No Refund Policy

Wissira Press is committed to providing secure and efficient digital delivery of scholarly publications. Due to the nature of digital products, all purchases of eBooks, PDF books, conference proceedings, research monographs, edited books, and other downloadable publications are considered final and non-refundable.

Once a digital publication has been successfully delivered electronically to the purchaser's registered email address or made available for download, it is deemed to have been received. Because digital products cannot be physically returned, revoked, or recovered after delivery, Wissira Press is unable to offer refunds, returns, replacements, or exchanges under normal circumstances.

Accordingly:

  • No refund will be issued once the purchased digital publication has been delivered or made accessible.
  • No cancellation requests will be accepted after successful electronic delivery.
  • No exchange or replacement will be provided for digital publications that have already been supplied.
  • Refunds will not be granted for accidental purchases, duplicate orders placed by the purchaser, change of mind, incompatibility with personal devices, failure to read the publication description, or any similar reason after delivery.
  • Customers are strongly encouraged to carefully review the publication title, description, edition, language, format, and system requirements before completing their purchase.

If a customer experiences a genuine technical issue that prevents access to the purchased publication, Wissira Press will make reasonable efforts to resolve the problem by providing technical assistance, verifying the order, or re-sending the purchased file where appropriate. Such assistance shall not constitute a refund entitlement.

Refunds may only be considered in exceptional circumstances where payment has been processed successfully but the publication cannot be delivered due to an error attributable solely to Wissira Press and the issue cannot reasonably be resolved through technical support or file replacement. Any such determination shall be made exclusively by Wissira Press.

By purchasing any digital publication from Wissira Press, customers acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to this No Refund Policy before completing their transaction.
