eBook Delivery, Payment Verification & Refund Policy

Wissira Press, an academic publishing imprint of Wissira Research Lab LLC (United States), provides secure digital delivery of eBooks, PDF books, conference proceedings, research monographs, edited books, and other digital scholarly publications purchased through its official publishing platforms.

Digital Delivery

Upon successful payment verification, purchased digital publications are normally delivered electronically to the purchaser's registered email address.

  • Most orders are delivered within 24 hours.
  • During weekends, holidays, maintenance periods, or high order volumes, delivery may take up to 2–4 business days.
  • Delivery is made only to the email address provided at the time of purchase.
  • Please ensure that your email address is entered correctly when placing your order.

Payment Verification

If your order is not received within the expected delivery period, kindly contact the Editorial and Customer Support Team with the following information for verification:

  • Screenshot or receipt of successful payment.
  • Title of the purchased publication.
  • Purchaser's full name.
  • Registered email address.
  • Mobile phone number.
  • Quantity purchased.
  • Date and time of payment.
  • Transaction ID, UTR Number, Reference Number, or Order ID (if available).

Our support team will verify your payment and arrange delivery at the earliest opportunity.

Official Payment Notice

Wissira Press never authorizes any individual, agent, consultant, third party, freelancer, or intermediary to collect payments on its behalf unless officially announced through the publisher's website or official communication channels.

Authors, readers, institutions, and customers are strongly advised not to make any payment to any person claiming to represent Wissira Press or Wissira Research Lab LLC without first verifying the payment instructions through our official email addresses or website.

Payments should be made only through the official payment instructions issued by Wissira Press.

Wissira Press shall not be responsible for any financial loss resulting from payments made to unauthorized individuals, unofficial bank accounts, fraudulent websites, or third-party intermediaries.

No Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital products, all purchases of eBooks, PDF publications, downloadable conference proceedings, digital research books, and other electronic publications are final.

Once a digital publication has been successfully delivered electronically, it cannot be returned, cancelled, exchanged, or revoked.

Accordingly:

  • No refunds will be provided after successful digital delivery.
  • No exchange or replacement is available for digital publications already delivered.
  • Customers are requested to verify publication details carefully before completing their purchase.
  • Refund requests arising from accidental purchases, change of mind, or failure to read the publication description cannot be accommodated once delivery has been completed.
