Wissira Press, the official academic publishing imprint of Wissira Research Lab LLC (United States), is committed to maintaining the highest standards of scholarly publishing, editorial excellence, research integrity, and ethical publishing practices across all books, edited volumes, conference proceedings, research monographs, textbooks, reference works, and other academic publications.

Our editorial and peer review framework is designed to ensure that every submitted manuscript receives a fair, independent, objective, transparent, and rigorous academic evaluation. Editorial decisions are based solely on scholarly merit, originality, methodological quality, relevance, ethical compliance, and contribution to the advancement of knowledge. Commercial interests, institutional affiliations, nationality, gender, race, religion, political beliefs, or personal relationships shall never influence editorial decisions.

Editorial Workflow

Initial Editorial Screening

All submitted manuscripts are initially reviewed by the Editorial Office to determine whether they meet the publisher's basic submission requirements.

The initial screening includes evaluation of:

Edited books, conference proceedings, professional books, textbooks, and invited publications may follow an editorial or expert review process where appropriate, while research monographs and scholarly books may undergo independent academic peer review.

Reviewer Responsibilities

Research Ethics

Authors are expected to ensure:

Editorial Decisions

Following completion of editorial and peer review, one of the following decisions may be issued:

  • Accept Subject to Minor Revisions.
  • Major Revision Required.
  • Resubmit for Further Evaluation.
  • Reject.

Authors receiving revision requests should submit a revised manuscript together with a detailed response explaining how reviewer comments have been addressed. Revised submissions may undergo additional rounds of review before a final editorial decision is reached.

Confidentiality

All manuscripts, reviewer reports, editorial correspondence, unpublished data, and publication materials are treated as confidential throughout the editorial process.

Confidential information shall not be disclosed except where necessary for legitimate editorial or legal purposes.

Conflict of Interest

Editors, reviewers, and authors must disclose any financial, institutional, personal, or professional relationships that could reasonably influence editorial judgment or scholarly evaluation.

Individuals with significant conflicts of interest may be recused from handling or reviewing the relevant publication.
