Submission Guidelines
Wissira Press welcomes the submission of original, high-quality scholarly works for publication in academic books, research monographs, edited books, conference proceedings, textbooks, reference books, professional books, technical books, laboratory manuals, policy reports, white papers, institutional publications, theses, dissertations, and other scholarly publications. Authors from universities, research institutions, industries, government organizations, and independent research communities are encouraged to submit manuscripts that demonstrate originality, academic rigor, innovation, and significant contributions to knowledge.
All submissions must comply with internationally accepted standards of academic writing, publication ethics, copyright regulations, research integrity, and authorship responsibility. Manuscripts submitted to Wissira Press must be original works that have not been previously published, are not under consideration elsewhere, and do not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of any individual or organization.

Manuscript Preparation
Authors should prepare manuscripts in a professional academic format. Manuscripts should be written in clear, concise, and grammatically correct English unless another language has been specifically approved by the Editorial Office.
The manuscript should normally include:
- Book Title
- Author(s) or Editor(s) Information
- Institutional Affiliation
- ORCID iD (recommended)
- Abstract (where applicable)
- Keywords
- Preface or Introduction
- Table of Contents
- Chapters arranged logically
- Figures, Tables and Illustrations (if applicable)
- Acknowledgements (optional)
- Funding Information (if applicable)
- Conflict of Interest Statement (where applicable)
- References or Bibliography
- Appendices (if required)
Formatting Requirements
- File Format: Microsoft Word (.doc or .docx)
- Font: Times New Roman
- Font Size: 12 pt (body text)
- Headings: 14 pt Bold
- Line Spacing: 1.5
- Margins: 1 inch on all sides
- Page Numbers: Bottom Centre or Bottom Right
- Figures and Tables should be numbered sequentially.
- References should follow a recognized citation style such as APA, MLA, Chicago, IEEE, Vancouver, or discipline-specific standards.
Submission Process
All manuscripts submitted to Wissira Press undergo an initial editorial assessment to determine their suitability for publication. The Editorial Office evaluates whether the submission aligns with the publisher's scope, publication standards, formatting requirements, and ethical policies.
Depending upon the type of publication, manuscripts may undergo academic review, editorial review, peer review, or expert evaluation. Authors may be requested to revise their manuscripts based on reviewer or editorial recommendations before a final publication decision is made.

Author Responsibilities
- Ensure that the submitted work is original.
- Properly acknowledge all sources through appropriate citations.
- Obtain permission for copyrighted material used.
- Disclose funding sources and potential conflicts of interest.
- Comply with applicable ethical guidelines for research involving humans or animals.
- Respond promptly to editorial and reviewer comments.
Publication Ethics
Wissira Press follows internationally accepted standards of publication ethics and research integrity. Manuscripts may be screened for originality using plagiarism detection software. Fabrication, falsification, plagiarism, duplicate publication, inappropriate authorship, image manipulation, and unethical research practices are strictly prohibited and may result in rejection or withdrawal of the manuscript.
Submission through the OMP Platform
Authors are encouraged to submit their manuscripts through the Wissira Press Open Monograph Press (OMP) submission system. The online platform enables authors to register, submit manuscripts, monitor editorial progress, communicate with editors, upload revised files, review proofs, and receive publication notifications throughout the publishing process.
Before submission, authors should ensure that all required files, metadata, author information, declarations, and supporting documents have been completed accurately within the OMP submission system.
